american eagle has a very cute yellow cardigan, they usually have cute tights too, clic tanks are good at hollister and urban outfitters, i would say get skirts at target and Kohl's. the designer women's dpt. at Kohl's has very cute skirts, try to keep it younger looking though. you could definitely look at a thrift store for cheap unique finds. macy's has cute tights and skirts also.
