Tamil Nadu parties worry about elections during Exams.But why they don't bother about ongoing ODI affecting it?

Knowing fully well that election is likely to be held between April & May,the ruling party should have postponed the examination.Political parties are not really worried about examination of the students but are bothered about their preparation for election.
